Product in Damaged Condition :

While receiving the product at your end, if you found any damages or any diffective issues, kindly inform us immediately taking a photograph with the presence of courier person. Write your feedback on the Docket copy of the courier company. Take photo of the Docket copy & photo of the package. Send it to our mail id : [email protected] with Subject as “Damaged Package Received”. Also Kindly mention you Order Id, Name,Date of receipt of the Package in email.We can take appropriate action with the courier company. After receiving the courier, if you are sending any images, without the presence of courier person, we can’t process your request.

Receiving a Product Other than Ordered :

Once you confirm the order if you found that you received a different product other than the mentioned product kindly write to us by taking a photo of the Docket copy & photo of the package. Send it to our mail id : [email protected] with Subject as “Product is Different”. Also Kindly mention you Order Id, Name,Date of receipt of the Package in email.We will contact you for further processing of your request.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of Prodcuts is not possible.
Sometimes you need to cancel an order and remove it before shipping it out. If this happens, please note that some of the products in your order may already be in transit, so we can t guarantee that removing one will undo all shipping charges.
